**Position Summary**:
Joining Nestlé Purina Petcare NPPE, it is being part of the First Center of expertise in the Food industry, an inclusive community, supportive and virtuous. You will find respect and consideration to develop yourself at different level.

As a Logistic Digital Engineer, you lead the AI solution development in Logistics, drive the DNR modelling for NPPE delivering scenarios for deployment to reduce cost and environmental footprint and to improve service.

**A day in the life of Logistic Digital Engineer**:
Reporting:

- Develop, maintain and deliver on time weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports aligned with Logistics reporting requirements - enabling decision making using the right information across all time scales
- Build and publish a Monthly Logistics Report summarising the month's activities and predicting the full year outcome.

NPPE Distribution Network Review (DNR):

- Build and maintain a Predictive Analytics model to drive a long term storage and capability investment plan. Ensure granularity of reporting gives an understanding on the evolution of forward projected business requirements (volume, mix and type of services required) to enhance network optimisation in terms of cost and CO2 reduction
- Drive the analytics for DNR scenarios to allow decision making (ex Factory delivery development, moving Markets to factory locations, multi drop and Environmental Footprint reduction)

Develop AI solutions in Logistics:

- Build capabilities to move to a people-less physical operations supported by AI and adaptive robotics
- Develop tools and processes to migrate and maintain a “Zero Logistics” management.
- Build predictive models in Logistics to optimise service and cost delivery solutions through Anticipatory Logistics systems
