**We are looking for a Legal Business Affairs Apprentice to join our team**

Our **Legal Department** is looking for a **Legal Business Affairs Apprentice **for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

**You will be working on challenges that matter**

You will provide support to the Head of Transversal Projects for the management of day-to-day legal queries, in particular on the following topics:

- drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDAs, commercial agreements, strategic partnerships and real estate agreements,
- managing pre-litigation and litigation, coordinating with external advisors,
- conducting research on a variety of legal topics,
- coordinating our worldwide legal team on internal transversal matters.

**What if it were you?**
- Master 2 level in Business law,
- LLM or international or first professional experience would be a plus,
- strong legal background, including familiarity with IP / data protection,
- proficient in English,
- curious, team-player but ready to work with autonomy.
