In this role, which is based at our HQ in Paris, you will have a direct impact on our M&A endeavors, working on the evaluation and execution of transactions, and driving the growth and success of our organization. **As the M&A Analyst, you will**:

- Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis to assess the viability of ongoing
transactions or prospective targets.
- Contribute to the due diligence phase for M&A transactions and overall M&A process.
- Develop and refine business plans with financial modeling.
- Assist on the valuation of M&A targets through various valuation methodologies (comparable transactions, DCF, trading multiples) to determine target company values.
- Assist in preparing presentations and memos for the board of directors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market analyses to identify trends, competition, and opportunities and M&A targets.
- Collaborate on sourcing strategies for the M&A department (analysis of potential M&A opportunities).
- Maintain an up-to-date database of the M&A pipeline.
- Contribute to the integration process of M&A transactions

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal M&A Analyst has**:

- graduated from a business school, engineering school or equivalent with a focus on finance.
- 6 to 12 months of internship or job experience in M&A (corporate or investment banking), venture capital, private equity is essential.
- A strong interest in working in a challenging environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, resilience and a strong sense of team spirit.
- The ability to take on responsibilities and meet challenges head-on.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and French speaking skills.
- The ability to travel to the office on a daily basis, although partial remote work is possible.
