We're hiring – FP&A Analyst | France

We are looking for a
highly motivated FP&A Analyst
to support the financial performance of our French business within a dynamic
FMCG / Drinks
environment.

Working closely with the
France Finance Business Partner
and the local leadership team, you will play a key role in:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Profitability, margin, and investment analysis
  • Delivering clear, actionable insights to support strategic and commercial decisions
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Driving continuous improvement of financial tools, reporting, and processes

This is a
hands-on role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders
, offering real impact on business performance and decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance (FMCG experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset and business partnering skills
  • SAP, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency; BI tools experience appreciated
  • Fluent in
    English & French
    (Dutch is a plus)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
