The core mission will be to manage the systems engineering management within Front End & Integrated Engineering (FE&IE) organization for Africa, Middle East, and India Area

**Job description**
- Manage the systems engineering management (SEM) team
- Provide technical support to projects
- Provide appropriate systems engineering resources from the Area through all parts of our value chain
- Through active engagement with One Engineering organization, ensure that the strength and capacities are utilized across the Areas so that we at any time build the best teams and make the right decisions according to the key priorities
- Develop, maintain and implement methodology, work processes, governance and tools required for execution of systems engineering management in accordance with global operating model
- Drive the right behavior to secure adaptation of new work methodologies and tools
- Drive standardization and through reviews ensure competitive solutions are developed.
- Through Quality and HSE leadership ensure we have full focus on quality and HSE in all phases
- **Key Missions and Responsibilities**:

- Functionally supervises systems engineers and Project Engineering Managers (PEM) & Flow Assurance & CFD teams
- Plan resources needs and allocate systems engineering resources to studies, tenders and projects
- Ensure through nominated PEM allocation of engineering resources by discipline heads to studies, tenders and projects
- Be the local owner of the Engineer process, contribute to its development and continuous improvement in coordination with global organization, be responsible for adoption and compliance by the Africa, ME, and India FE&IE team on all projects.
- Review project engineering execution plan with allocated PEM
- Support projects with technical guidance, participate to design and peer reviews as required
- Organize and lead project engineering reviews
- Provide guidance and coaching to System Engineers and PEMs to meet projects, personal and departmental objectives
- Co-operate with SEM teams in other areas to co-ordinate and share the technical capability and know-how
- The position is in Paris - La Defense, France

**You are meant for this job if you have**:

- Strong technical background within subsea disciplines
- 10 years of relevant project engineering management experience
- Proven managerial track record
- Strong relation network with TechnipFMC organization, both technical and commercial
- Ability to lead and provide guidance to multi-discipline and -cultural teams
- Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
