**Lieu**: Grand Magasin, Paris

**Vos responsabilités**:
- **Piloter votre univers** : Gérez et développez deux départements M&W en respectant la stratégie commerciale de la Maison.
- **Faire croître les performances** : Optimisez le chiffre d'affaires et dépassez les objectifs définis.
- **Inspirer et motiver votre équipe** : Animez une équipe passionnée pour garantir une expérience client d’exception.
**Compétences recherchées**:
- Expérience solide en management dans le secteur du luxe ou de la mode, avec une expertise particulière dans les souliers.
- Grande capacité d’adaptation, esprit proactif, et passion pour le clienteling.
- Anglais courant indispensable ; la maîtrise de l'Italien serait un atout.
**Offre**:
- **Rémunération**: Jusqu’à 37 000 € annuel, selon votre expérience.
