**What You'll Do**:

- Drive Product Strategic Planning
- Support and guide senior stakeholders from various teams (including Product, Business, R&D, Go-to-Market, Finance) to develop Criteo’s Product Strategy and Roadmap aligned with company objectives, business priorities, and financial plans.
- Act as project management partner for each product area, serving as a control tower to ensure alignment and execution across business prioritization, quarterly roadmaps, and go-to-market delivery. Centralize dependencies, track and mitigate risks, and implement best practices to optimize project management processes.
- Lead strategic product projects as a project manager, developing detailed plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

**Who You Are**:

- Over 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, operations, go-to-market, or transformation functions in a fast-paced environment.
- A top performer who navigates complex situations with passion, sets high standards, and works well with others.
- A strategic thinker, problem-solver, and facilitator with excellent organization and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Humility, a team player, and eager to learn.
- Experience in AdTech and/or product management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus but not mandatory.
