**Service Support Manager Marine & Ports Service M/F/d**:

Your main mission will be to coordinate the onboard maintenance jobs and ensure that it complies with the standards, procedures and policies of ABB and of the customer. You will be the single point of contact for our customers for all preventive, curative and repair maintenance activities of ABB equipment on board ships. With the support of the sales department, you will oversee the realization of the offers and the follow-up of the maintenance contracts. The coordination of the activities during the drydocking of the ships with help of our assistant project manager will fall within your responsibility. Finally, you will be the responsible of the profitability of the maintenance business and will oversee the planning and the management of the HSE part concerning your activity.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Take care of customer relationship management on a daily basis,
- Carry out all the offers for preventive, curative and repair maintenance with the help of the sales department,
- Manage maintenance contracts and actively participate in their development,
- Qualify all subcontractors according to our own system of qualification,
- Manage the subcontractors and the budget of your maintenance business,
- Maintain relationship with subcontractors (hourly rate, estimate, etc.),
- Manage the schedule of the service engineers (ABB technicians),
- Participate in meetings and customer performance review with the local sales

**Your background**:

- BAC + 2 to engineering diploma. Atypical profile also accepted (experience remains the most important criteria),
- Solid experience in service or customer management in a demanding industrial environment and in electrical field,
- Perfect command of English and French,
- No obstacles for travelling (in France and abroad),
- Ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate with customers and coordinate activities involving multiple functions,
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit,
- Well organized at work,
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
