**Operations & Platform Support Specialist**

**Location: Montpellier - On site**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills to become the go-to expert on the current version of our platform. This person will act as the main point of contact and source of truth for product functionalities, providing support and clarity across multiple teams and companies operating in different time zones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert in the current version of the platform and ensure up-to-date knowledge is shared across teams.
- Investigate and document platform features and behaviors to support other areas.
- Own the Tech Support and Change Request processes, acting as the central liaison between internal stakeholders and technical teams.
- Write Epics and User Stories for bugs, change requests, and support tasks related to Program Increments (PIs).
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as refinements, planning sessions, and demos.
- Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and changes.
- Support the onboarding process of new practices onto the platform.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different companies and time zones.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum), user story writing, and backlog management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and decide on technical and functional platform changes.
- Experience with SaaS platforms is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 20.00€ per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
