You will join the Green & Sustainable Hub (GSH) “Origination / Structuring & Advisory cross asset EMEA” team as a green & sustainable finance consultant, who is in charge of proposing and structuring sustainable financing solutions, and to support CIB’s clients, using a cross-sector/product approach.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

- Create and structure “Green & Sustainable / Transition” products for our issuer/borrower clients (DCM, ECM, Loans, Securitisation, M&A etc.), represent the GSH to clients in coordination with the various business lines of the bank. You advise the client from the pitch phase, structuring (framework, external review, investor presentation) to execution - in connection with the Green syndication - and reporting;
- Support our clients in their approach to Sustainable Finance and ESG / CSR / Energy Transition: advice on sustainable finance, the ESG / CSR strategy and Sustainable Finance, ownership and integration of regulations as well as financial communication (ESG rating advisory, equity story, etc.);
- Develop ESG / CSR / Transition and Sustainable Finance expertise within the GSH on sectors related to the GSH Centre of Expertise and experts/ managers in the business lines: expertise, regulation, technical and sector watch, market knowledge, identification of technical criteria for eligibility, impact measurement, product innovation, etc.;
- Lead the internal relationship as a privileged GSH contact for the business lines and actively participate in the associated governance to ensure a fluid relationship with the GSH and close monitoring of opportunities and commercial action plans;
- Capitalize on Natixis' Green Weighting Factor (GWF) methodology in customer dialogue, product offering and integrity. Be able to relay the climate trajectory of the bank to internal and external customers as communicated in the objectives set out in the strategic plan of Natixis;
- Contribute to the GSH’s training/information mission both within the GSH and Natixis CIB, on the Green, Sustainable and Transition expertise of your sector.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in structuring or sustainable finance functions and/or as a Green & Sustainable finance advisor.

You are familiar with:

- Areas of expertise in sustainable finance CSR;
- Structuring to create, update and adapt the Green and Sustainable financing structures;

- Risk/opportunity analysis;
- The core expertise of ESG;
