**Job Overview**:
**We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product development efforts and drive our vision forward. As the CPO, you will work closely with the CEO and the executive team to define our product roadmap, lead the product development process, and ensure that our products are aligned with our business objectives. This role requires a strong product leader who can think strategically, build user-centric products, and drive business growth.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Define and execute our product strategy, working closely with the CEO and executive team
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and market, and use this to inform product decisions
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Build and manage a world-class product team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring
- Drive product innovation and excellence across the organization
- Define and measure key product metrics, and use data to inform product decisions
- Partner with the CEO to develop and manage the product budget
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and partnerships to improve the customer experience and drive business growth
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building successful B2C products, preferably in the mobile app space
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment, ideally with a successful exit
- Strong product management skills, with expertise in product strategy, user research, product development, and go-to-market strategy
- Experience managing teams of product managers and designers, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced degree preferred
