Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help us build and scale our company. As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO to support the overall operations of the company, including strategic planning, project management, and team management. This role requires a strong leader who can think strategically, work collaboratively, and drive results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic plan
- Work closely with the executive team to drive projects forward and ensure timely execution
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
- Develop and manage processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations
- Assist with recruiting and managing staff, including setting goals and monitoring progress
- Drive key initiatives forward by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup environment or strategy consulting
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with team management, including hiring and performance management
- Passion for sports, particularly soccer
