**Responsibilities**:

- Provide local technical support to the Key Account and maximize value on a local level.
- Working with Key Account global account manager, provide input and support into monthly or quarterly KPI’s.
- Strong communication with Project Manager for a smooth transition from bidding to project phase.
- Track all upcoming projects and work with Global Account Manager to make certain they are followed up and managed according to the commitments in the Frame Agreement.
- Provide 100% - 24 hours/7 day a week support for any and all of Key Account issues and actions.
- Establish strong business relationships with Key Account stakeholders in his / her region to make certain single point of contact is established and the proper level of cooperation and trust is provided.
- Conduct product training and support to all Key Account sites and personnel as required.
- Working with Key Account and Global Account Manager pro-actively look for enhanced product solutions (existing and upcoming new products) and present to Key Account to drive lower costs.
- Conduct quarterly meetings (Sites and Engineering Offices) with all key stakeholders on a local level to review and discuss business related issues, metrics and actions.
- Provide technical support and assistance to all Key Account project teams - sizing and selection - product reviews etc.
- Reporting to Sales Director EMEA.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of experience in the same industry.
- Broad based industry experience and knowledge.
- Experience understanding customer specifications and contract/purchase order review.
- Understanding of manufacturing process and fabrication standards.
- Exhibit leadership and the ability to communicate at all levels with the organization.
- Familiarity with industry specifications.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Fluency in French and English is a must.
- Communicate effectively with customers and Flowserve business units, at various organizational levels, located globally.
- Advanced customer service experience and skillset.
- Computer Skills including spreadsheets, presentation programs and Salesforce strong knowledge.
