He/she will be reporting to the Talent Team.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Talent campaigns management_
- Prepare all the different annual campaigns (data and process): Performance, Succession, Employee surveys following LVMH / Sephora’s guidelines
- Launch and run campaigns, operational support of users and HRs
- Gather and report system bugs to dedicated HRIS teams
- Training of HR users on tools
- Produce KPI after campaigns (usage )
- Manage community of Talents’ HRs in Regions/countries
- Gather and report needs of the community in order to enhance tools and processes
- Data management_
- Elaborate KPI needs on data quality and usage of HRIS
- Elaborate audit campaigns on data in term of completion rate and quality aligned with internal and Group necessities
- Gather Regions/Countries needs
- Report offer management_
- Manage reports and KPI catalog
- Produce reports for Global, Regions and Local needs

**_
- Higher education in HR, Project management and/or IS
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR projects and organizational design, process design, management of performance with change management experience
- Functional and Technical experience with data related and database projects
- Experience in integrated projects with multiple IS solutions in an internal context
- First experience in HRIS or HRIS related systems
- Report design and development on Qlik Sense and SAP Success Factors
- Strong interest for technologies, IS and database tools and data modeling experience
- Being able to navigate between conceptual thinking and implementation process
- Imperative current English (other spoken languages are considered a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory
