Within the Operations Department, you will join the Supply Chain Projects & Master Data Management team as a Master Data Coordinator - North America.

Your responsibility is to ensure the reliability and integrity of the Master Data required for operational processes within Sephora Collection and the markets where our products are available for sale, especially those marketed in the North America region.

Your role aims to ensure operational excellence in managing the life cycles and distribution of SEPHORA COLLECTION products from suppliers to the 2500 SEPHORA stores worldwide.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the maintenance of the quality and integrity of the North America data
- Create, modify, and coordinate Master Data according to the rules established within the company, particularly the Transportation, Logistics, and Customs of the North America region
- Promote awareness, collaboration, and education among teams regarding Master Data and Data Governance throughout the entire organization and among stakeholders in the North America region
- Serve as the key contact to manage the lifecycle of items and components (BOM) for the North America region
- Act as the key contact and ensure the update of Transportation/Logistics/Customs data for North America (especially with the WMS and for Customs records)
- Ensure the publication and update of processes, procedures, and operating methods and engage employees with these documents
- Strengthen backup support for Master Data Management at Sephora Collection
- Measure performance:

- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor Master Data actions, control data quality, and integrity
- Be an active participant and propose initiatives in the construction of Master Data KPIs (both one-time and recurring)
- Drive change:

- Structure change management
- Continue to establish the Master Data Community and facilitate its activities within the region
- Promote a data-driven culture and awareness within the organization and the region
- Project Management & AMOA:

- Intensify involvement in Master Data projects within the company's ecosystem, especially for the North America region
- Provide assistance to Project Owners for Master Data tool developments

- Professional Experience:

- Bac +5 level, from a business school, engineering school, or university.
- Successful experience (minimum 3 years) in the fields of Master Data Management, Logistics, Transportation, and Customs.
- Significant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Customs.
- General Qualities:

- Strong sensitivity to data management/quality.
- Interest and proficiency in logistics.
- Highly organized, focused on reporting/analysis, operational management, ability to work in teams, and customer oriented.
- Active listening, proactive, and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and agility.
- Ability to quickly understand all aspects of the company's business and its general functioning.
- Ability to work in a challenging and transforming environment.
- Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), WMS, and Master Data Management tools (especially PLM).
- Good mastery and affinity for databases (Data Management).
- Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
- Very good level of English (written and oral).
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced levels of Excel and PowerPoint).
