The Faculty Administration and Support department at INSEAD is responsible for managing academic operations and supporting faculty members by facilitating course planning and organizing teaching resources. It plays a key role in promoting academic excellence by supporting research initiatives and the professional development of faculty members.

**About the Job**

We are currently looking for a Travel Coordinator Assistant to join our Faculty Administration department at our Fontainebleau campus.

The position holder will assist the Fontainebleau-based Travel Coordinator with School travel needs and s/he will participate with all travel arrangements for Faculty teaching on INSEAD programmes, cross
- and off-campus.

S/he will also make reservations for research-related travel for the resident Faculty in Fontainebleau and the Faculty staff (such as travels to our other campuses).

**Your role within the team**
- Make travel arrangements mainly for Fontainebleau-based faculty i.e., flights, taxis, and hotel. and follow up the confirmation to the internal client.
- Support with travel arrangements for large group bookings when needed i.e., the Faculty Retreat, Africa Trek, etc.
- Ideally you will start in September a BTS TOURISME.
- Excellent team spirit.
- Both autonomous and collaborative.
- Multitasking and flexible.
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment.
- Good level of English and French, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

In France, apprenticeship contracts are agreements combining work and study, allowing young individuals to gain vocational training and practical experience while being paid and working towards a diploma or qualification.
