**INSEAD**is seeking an **Apprentice, Project Coordinator HR Skills Mapping Project**to join our Talent Development team within the Human Resources department. This is an apprenticeship based at our **Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.**

**About the Job**

Since September 2024, we have initiated a fundamental global project to unlock people’s potential by mapping the skills of our teams. This skills mapping exercise aims at identifying, organizing, and leveraging the diverse skill sets across our teams on all our campuses.

As part of the project team, we are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice, Project Coordinator to help drive the project forward. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative at the heart of our organisation’s growth.

**Your role within the team**
- Document Management: Preparing, sending, and following up on project-related documents.
- Scheduling: Coordinating meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders.
- Data Reporting: Assisting in the collection, organization and consolidation of project data
- Administrative Support: Creating and maintaining project files, managing access permissions, and ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Workshop Support: Attending workshops to assist with logistics and take detailed notes for follow-up actions.
- Currently enrolled Business studies (Bachelor's degree or Master's degree).
- Fluent in English.
- A keen interest in project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

In France, apprenticeship contracts are agreements combining work and study, allowing young individuals to gain vocational training and practical experience while being paid and working towards a diploma or qualification.
