Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
The Senior Team Lead Order Processing will support the Regional Manager in the supervising of the EIMEA team. Also responsible for processing customer purchase orders accurately and timely while ensuring service level agreements are adhered to and all invoices are created within the correct time period.
- Support Regional Manager in supervising order processing team
- Actively support KPI’s (such as reducing time to order confirmation)
- Ensure daily business is followed, manage team members back-up in case of absence
- Converting SAP quotes to sales orders
- Manage customers orders :New and demo systems, accessories, spare parts, locally sourced cryogens, web shop, loans (systems/accessories)
- Process Service repair/returns orders, Software licence requests, Maintenance Service kits orders (Cryo, Prodigy & Cold Heads)
- Process inter-company stock transfer orders
- Process third party purchase orders
- Create all customers SAP invoices
- Monitor closely all required documentation is in place for each order
- Support Finance by facilitating the creation of Letter of credits
- Update SFDC tool with SAP order number and required documents information
- Work closely with Front office and quotation teams
- Every other tasks to improve effectiveness apply
- Back up support for same functions noted within the job description for other regions
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bruker products
- Other duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above.

Qualifikationen:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a significant work experience in Business Administration position
- Experience in the high technology, life science field, or NMR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current valid driving licence
- No visa disqualification from the USA or EU
