**Location**: Haguenau (30min from Strasbourg, France) or Slough, UK

**What are we looking for?**:

- At least 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in cloud platform SRE, preferably for Analytics platforms
- Experience in cloud data platform & infrastructure engineering, preferably in Microsoft Azure environment
- Understanding of technology management principles
- Data platform engineering covering ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Snowflake, Cosmos DB, Databricks, Event Hub
- Ability to collaborate and influence global internal and external stakeholders

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
Under the platform architect leadership, you will:

- Develop DevOps services for data platform across the data lifecycle - Ingest, Store, Transform/Prepare, Serve/Analyze, Visualize and Govern (SRE - Site Reliability Engineering)
- Ensure compliance of platforms with Mars data governance, security controls and network rules, cost management best practices
- Develop DevOps, Data pipelines, scripts etc. in support of agility and automation
- Embed relevant governance and security standards in delivered solutions
- Lead projects or activities supporting any of the above points with the support of 3rd party contractors
- Hand over built services to Analytics Open Hub and/or Analytics solution teams.
