At Stand Together Ventures Lab (STVL), we believe that society’s greatest challenges are entrepreneurs’ greatest opportunities. Since our inception in 2020, STVL has invested in 20 companies solving critical challenges in healthcare, education, economic opportunity, and criminal justice. We are stage and capital structure agnostic, stemming from the view that entrepreneurs need investors with flexibility to partner throughout the company-building journey.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- ** Operational Efficiency and Scalability**: Streamline and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability, allowing our team to identify & support a growing number of portfolio founders (Build) and companies (Invest) effectively.
- ** Data Management and Analysis**: Accurate data and insightful analysis are key to making informed decisions. This role will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data, providing valuable insights that can optimize our team's performance and drive better outcomes for both our portfolio companies and STVL as a whole.
- ** Technology Integration and Management**: Evaluate, implement, and manage technology solutions that streamline operations and enhance collaboration across our team and within the ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
- ** Support Investment Processes**: Enhance the operational aspects of our investment activities (e.g., processes, sourcing, tools, dashboards) to enable our investment leads to perform their jobs more efficiently, ultimately leading to better support for our portfolio companies and more successful outcomes.
- ** Event Planning and Coordination**: Assist in planning, executing, and operationalizing events, coordinating activities across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and maximize engagement and impact.
- ** Process Improvement and Risk Management**:Continuously assess operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Who You Are**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, data management, or a related field within a high-growth startup, venture capital firm, or similar environment.
- Experience in technology integration and managing tech tools/systems to streamline operations.
- Strong understanding of operational processes with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability especially in early-stage companies.
- Proficient in data collection, management, and analysis. Ability to derive insights and drive decisions based on data.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events, with a focus on maximizing engagement and impact.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
