We are looking for a **Business Operations Assistant**to join our remote team on a long term basis.

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF**:

- ** Operational support**: assist in the day-to-day coordination and execution of business operations, ensuring seamless internal workflows across departments;
- ** International coordination**: liaise with external partners (law firms, tax advisors, economic consultants) across different jurisdictions to support client operations and company initiatives;
- ** Documentation & compliance**: support the collection, review, organization, and archiving of corporate, legal, and client-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- ** Process standardization**: help implement and maintain standard operating procedures across all operational activities to enhance efficiency and consistency;
- ** Research & reporting**: conduct research on international markets, legal frameworks, and operational requirements, and prepare clear reports and summaries for internal use;
- ** Client onboarding & support**: assist in client onboarding activities, ensuring smooth setup processes and ongoing coordination with partners and service providers.

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, International Relations, or a related field; graduating students & new graduates are welcome;
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, corporate services, or project coordination (ideally within a consultancy, holding, or multinational environment);
- Exposure to international business environments and cross-border collaboration;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy;
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
- A proactive, reliable, and structured mindset, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely with international teams

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Previous experience in managing service providers or external consultants;
- Familiarity with international compliance requirements, legal documentation, or tax structures;
- Experience working in a growth-stage company or a startup environment.
