**Warehouse/Internal Logistics Specialist M/F/d**:

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will assist the local execution platform, ensuring that the receipt and dispatch of goods meets quality, legal compliance and cost requirements. You are responsible for maintaining and improving transport/logistics processes to optimize the receipt and dispatch of products and materials.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage internal (sales, production) and external (carriers) relations
- Ensure goods receipt/shipping according to local procedures, from truck unloading to administrative receipt in internal management software
- Take charge of preparation orders up to handover to the carrier for dispatch.
- Physically and administratively manage workshop stock
- Coordinate daily goods tracking activities
- Select and order freight to meet quality/cost/time requirements
- Communicate order status to internal customers
- Collaborate with transport service providers and brokers to ensure efficient execution of processes
- Assist the Sales department with any queries relating to the receipt or dispatch of products to our customers and/or suppliers

**Your background**:

- Ideally trained to Bac or Bac +2 in Logistics
- At least 3 years' experience in logistics and stock management
- CACES 1, 3, 4 required
- Good command of IT tools (MS office and SAP)
- Adaptability, versatility, responsiveness, autonomy, good interpersonal skills, rigor, sense of urgency, ability to manage priorities
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment rules: HSE is everyone's business
