**Pre-sales Engineer**
Main goal of the Pre-Sales Engineer is to support end-customers, planners, integrators and colleagues with technical expertise. This ranges from simple technical questions to AV system design based on the project requirements. This includes also cooperating with the Sales team, Distributors, System Integration and End-customers developing Proof of concept (POC) and deliver sales training to address main product functionalities and relevant solutions’ architecture.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support sales with technical quotations, system design, control architecture and product selection
- Deliver technical presentations of Kramer products and solutions
- Develop “proof of concept” (POC) at Customer or Kramer site to show products/solutions capabilities
- Cooperate with Sales enable team to identify sales training needs
- Remain up to date with new Kramer products and solutions to be able to suggest to customers alternative configurations.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- In-depth knowledge of AVoIP, Control and Collaboration products and solutions, preferably with Kramer technology.
- Clear communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them in technical proposals.
- Experience in pre-sales activities.
- Excellent in English and French skills both verbal and written, any other European language is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively on global and virtual teams and manage training with varying levels of complexity.
- Open to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Studies in Engineering or technical degree, possibly in AVoIP, software, audio/video technology.
