L'un de nos clients, spécialisé dans la prestation de conseil dans le domaine de la logistique, le transport et les douanes, basé à Aix en Provence a besoin de vos talents d'Office Supervisor F/H/X.

Sous la responsabilité du dirigeant de l'entreprise, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Manager une équipe de 4 personnes (gestion des plannings, Suivi des actions, Back-up et relance )
- Gérer le planning mensuel des missions et intervention chez les clients (5 consultants)
- Etablir les devis et relance clients
- Gestion administrative des prestations de formation
- Organisation de réunions et séances de travail
- Rédaction des comptes-rendus de missions et de réunions
- Mise en page des présentations
- Gérer l’agenda du C.E.O

**VOTRE PROFIL**:
Les compétences indispensables:

- Un niveau d'Anglais C1.
- Une utilisation confirmée de Excel ( tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonction recherche V)
- une maitrise de Power Point pour créer des masques, effectuer des présentations animées.
- Une maitrise de la gestion de planning
- Une capacité de synthèse et de mise en forme de notes techniques.

Des tests de pré-sélection seront réalisés.

Horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00

Téléphone portable, ordinateur mise à disposition.

Télétravail : 1 à 2 jour/semaine possible après maitrise des tâches principales

Mutuelle santé, prime annuelle, intéressement, PEE-PEI.

Salaire : 20 966,40€ à 35 000,00€ par an
