Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

**What is your role going to look like?**
- Together with your team you will be supporting French speaking market
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management
- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle (ERP)
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients

**Job Requirements**:
**What will you bring?**
- Native level of French and fluent level of English language (C1)
- Customer centric approach
- Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Dental experience will be an advantage
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
- Organizational skills and attention to details
