Vous participerez, au sein de l’équipe M&A et Principal Investments et aux côtés des deux co-fondateurs de Tikehau Capital, au développement stratégique du Groupe. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique, stimulant, international et résolument entrepreneurial. Ce stage offre une opportunité unique de bénéficier d’une exposition directe à l’ensemble des enjeux stratégiques du Groupe, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de Management : opérations de M&A, opérations stratégiques et capitalistiques, investissements directs pour le bilan (investissements dans des fonds, prises de participation minoritaires dans des sociétés de gestion, investissements directs et co-investissements dans des sociétés cotées et non cotées, etc.), ainsi que les analyses et réflexions sur le marché de l’Asset Management, ses évolutions et son environnement concurrentiel.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Participer à l’analyse stratégique et financière d’opportunités de M&A, d’opérations capitalistiques et d’investissements directs pour le bilan du Groupe.
- Construire et maintenir des modèles financiers, réaliser des valorisations et assister à la structuration des transactions.
- Effectuer des recherches et des screenings de marché afin d’identifier des cibles potentielles d’acquisition ou d’investissement.
- Préparer des présentations et des notes à destination du management.
- Soutenir l’exécution des transactions et acquérir une exposition concrète aux processus de deals.
- Réaliser des études sectorielles et de la veille concurrentielle pour accompagner la prise de décision stratégique.
- Collaborer avec des équipes transverses (Finance, Juridique, Communication, Marketing, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Capital Market Strategies) afin de contribuer à la réussite des projets.
Au cours de ce stage, vous bénéficierez d’une expérience concrète au sein de l’industrie de l’Asset Management et de l’investissement, tout en contribuant activement à la croissance d’un groupe international reconnu pour sa forte culture entrepreneuriale.

You will participate, within the M&A and Principal Investments team and alongside the two co-founders of Tikehau Capital, in the strategic development of the Group. You will work in a fast-paced, stimulating, international and highly entrepreneurial environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to benefit from direct exposure to all strategic aspects of the Group, working closely with the Management team: M&A transactions for the Group, strategic and capital-related operations, direct investments for the Balance Sheet (LP investments, GP-stakes, direct and co-investments in private and listed companies, etc.), as well as analysis and insights on the Asset Management market, its ongoing evolution, and the competitive landscape.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the strategic and financial analysis of M&A opportunities, capital transactions, and direct investments for the Group’s Balance Sheet.
- Build and maintain financial models, perform valuations, and assist with transaction structuring.
- Conduct market screening and research to identify potential acquisition or investment targets.
- Prepare presentations and briefing notes for senior management.
- Support the execution of transactions and gain exposure to deal processes.
- Carry out sector studies and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Capital Market Strategies) to contribute to project delivery.
Through this internship, you will gain first-hand experience in the Asset Management and investment industry, and actively contribute to the growth of a global and entrepreneurial group.

- Vous êtes actuellement en première ou deuxième année de Master (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université) avec une première expérience en Fusions & Acquisitions, Investissement ou Asset Management Alternatif (tels que le Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets, etc.).
- Vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité, d’autonomie, de proactivité, de curiosité et de solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et attentif(ve) aux exigences de confidentialité.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Microsoft Office et parlez couramment anglais.
