**Position**:
As part of the Digital Department, you will play an active role in developing new omnichannel experiences to offer our customers a unique experience, as part of GUERLAIN's business growth and transformation.

**Job responsibilities**:
As such, your missions are as follows:
Participate in the management and steering of various innovation projects:

- Support the design and development of new technologies.
- Participate in the framing and definition of new solutions (identification of business needs, framing workshops, etc.) with the various teams (Marketing, Training, Business Development, CRM, etc.).

Change management:

- Participate in the drafting of technology user guides and keep them up to date.
- Train markets in new projects and support them in their implementation.

Track performance:

- Monitor launches and analyze key KPIs

Benchmark:

- Identify retail, online, web 3 or Artificial Intelligence opportunities
- Identify third-party solutions that can improve the customer experience

**Profile**:
A student with 4/5 years of higher education in business, engineering or equivalent, you ideally have a first internship experience in Digital (in the luxury goods sector is a plus).

Your organizational skills enable you to manage your priorities and different tasks simultaneously, always proactively and with commitment.

Enthusiastic and inquisitive by nature, you are recognized for your teamwork, interpersonal skills and adaptability.

You speak and write fluent English and have a good command of the Office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Your interest in new technologies (web 3, Artificial Intelligence...) is a plus.

This subsidized internship is available from January 2026, for a period of 6 months.

- It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.
Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
