Senior Contract Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for motivated **Senior Contract Analyst** in the Paris/Ile-de-France area** to join our sponsor dedicated CRA team
- You will demonstrate, **minimum 4-5 years’ experience either in Hospital or CRO/pharma environment.**
- The format will be **1-3 days/week at the client office**

As a **Senior Contract Analyst**, you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients, with whom ICON shares a culture of innovation, flexibility and a common vision of bringing life-improving drugs to market. Leading by example, you can set the standard of excellence and enjoy a challenging career in this exclusive program.- Lead **negotiation and budgeting** for clinical trial agreements with investigators, institutions, and vendors.- Adapt global agreement templates to **local French regulations** and SOPs.- Serve as the **key contact** for legal, finance, and operational teams.- Track and manage all contract-related documentation and communications throughout the study.- Ensure timely contract execution to support efficient **site start-up**.- Ensure TMF compliance and support audit readiness.

**Qualifications**:
you will need:
- Solid experience (4-5+ years) in contract negotiation and budget in Hospital or CRO/Pharma- Background in life sciences, law, finance or equivalent.- Strong knowledge of **ICH-GCP**, French clinical regulations, and Fair Market Value.- Excellent attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skills.- Fluency in **English and French**.
