**Job description**:
As VP Product (x/f/m), you will be responsible for overseeing our Product Teams and driving the success of our two core products Hublo and Mstaff. Your main objective will be to ensure that our products meet and exceed customer expectations, while driving business growth and profitability.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and implement a highly impactful product strategy within a fast growing tech company.

**Your missions will be**:

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organisation
- Manage the Product team (Product Management + Product Design + Product Analytics + Product Ops) - (excl. PMM)
- Develop and implement product-led strategies to increase adoption, retention and revenues - in alignment with Hublo’s mission and goals
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product features and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product & tech teams, customer success, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new product features and enhancements that deliver value to Hublo’s users and drive business growth.
- Analyse and interpret product data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product-led initiatives and optimise product performance.
- Coach the teams into developing and implementing their strategies and initiatives, and lead them and our efforts to develop a best-in-class product.

**Preferred experience**:

- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus delivering successful B2C or B2B products.
- You are a visionary leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- You have a strong understanding of product-led methodologies and user experience design principles.
- You have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing product-led initiatives that drive user engagement, retention, and growth.
