**Position Overview**
At the crossing point between Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated by our Growth team and B2B marketing efforts in the DACH region.
**Your responsibilities**
You will be the first point of contact for our future German-speaking clients. You’ll aim to understand their needs, introduce our solutions, demonstrate our value in the competitive digital trust and e-signature space, and ultimately deliver to our Account Executive team the essential information needed to close deals.
This role is your entry into a Tech SaaS revenue organisation: you’ll have the chance to launch your career, learn from high-performers and build expertise in our product, market and customers.
**Your mission**
- **Handle new leads coming in from marketing**: reach out, qualify them, and convert them into opportunities for the Sales team.
- **Become a true expert in our solution suite** to present the most suitable offering for German-speaking prospects.
- **Own your inbound book of business**: track all inbound requests and ensure timely, appropriate follow-up.
- **Follow our lead-processing workflows**and record all relevant information in our CRM (Salesforce).
**Your profile**
- You already have some sales or customer-facing experience (even internship counts).
- You have an interest in** tech and SaaS**.
- **Native German level and fluent in English is mandatory.**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You can adapt your speech to different situations, respond well to objections, engage and persuade without faltering.
- You are rigorous, resilient, and always ready to self-improve in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Experience with a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
**Recruitment Process**
1. Intro call with Laila - Talent Acquisition Manager - 30 min
2. Interview with Jack - SDR Manager - 45 min deep dive into your sales/revenue experience
3. Case study presentation - 1 hour; show your approach to lead qualification & outreach
4. Final conversation - culture fit & alignment - 30 min
