Therefore we are looking at a Cyber Services Manager with maritime industry experience and strong client focus.
BV Solutions M&O is a technical advisory services company belonging to Bureau Veritas Group. We leverage on almost 200 years of experience of **Bureau Veritas **in the maritime sector as a classification society and on a global presence to provide **world-class services **to address our clients needs **beyond compliance **in the domains of shipping and offshore, including marine renewable energy.

The BVS Cyber Services Manager is accountable, in his/her functions, to the BVS M&O Vice-President and has the following responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the GoTo Market strategy of BVS Cyber Services
- Coordinate the commercial efforts across the different regions
- Present BVS offer of services internally and externally
- Develop commercial offers
- Monitor the performance of sales
- Manage cyber projects and ensuring client's satisfaction
- Perform lessons learned contributing to continuous improvement of sales performance and projects performance

Graduated as engineer, with a background in engineering with a focus on IT, you have mastered the cybersecurity of industrial systems (ideally those of ships) and the problems related to the growing connectivity between IT and OT.
Your strong interest in cybersecurity topics (risk analysis, threat status, technology monitoring) and your skills allow you to achieve your objectives while building a relationship of trust with your contacts.
We are looking for:
- Experience in engineering advisory services in marine and/or offshore sector
- Business management skills and commercial management experience
- Project Management experience in maritime and/or offshore industries
- Experience in working in global organization and diverse environment
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to be flexible
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize
- Organized and structured thinking
English language is essential, with French language advantageous.
Availability to travel and to stay extended periods (up to 3 months) abroad for following up projects.
