**MISSION**:
Rattaché(e) au Département Finance, et plus précisément au sein de l’équipe contrôle de gestion SG&A, vous êtes positionné(e) au sein du pôle Contrôle de Gestion IT avec un rôle de Team leader et travaillez sous la responsabilité fonctionnelle du Département Global DSI et Transfo.
**RESPONSABILITES**:
**1. Assurer et développer le pilotage des coûts IT**:
Réalisation et coordination des clôtures mensuelles et consolidation du reporting des coûts IT.
Participation à la mise en œuvre des exercices de prévisions annuelles en collaboration avec les équipes IT
Réalisation d’études ad hoc pour les différentes directions du Groupe (Directions financière & IT)
**Suivi des flux intercos**: provisions et refacturations périodiques des coûts IT vers les filiales
Analyse des indicateurs de performance et leurs évolutions pour éclairer la Direction IT à la prise de décision
Validation des commandes d’achat engagées par les équipes IT en cohérence avec le budget et les imputations analytiques
2. Transformation et amélioration continue
Contribution et travail sur l’optimisation et la simplification des processus de clôture mensuelle
Contribution à l’amélioration du suivi analytique des coûts et à la digitalisation des reportings
3. Rôle de team leader auprès de l’équipe
Rôle de coordination auprès de l’équipe contrôle de gestion IT sur des tâches récurrentes incluant la clôture mensuelle, la consolidation des coûts IT et prévisions et assurer l’interface avec les autres départements finance du groupe.
**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**:
Master en Finance ou en ingénierie avec des compétences financières importantes
Une expérience de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire, Audit ou Conseil
Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et le traitement de données et les outils de restitution
**Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques**: Excel, SAP, Power Point, Onestream, Sharepoint
Bon niveau d’anglais
Rigoureux, organisé, dynamique et autonome.

- **THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Finance Department, you will work within the Business Control division and under the functional responsibility of the Global DSI & Transformation Department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Ensuring the follow up and monitoring of the IT cost base
Establishing the monthly consolidated report of the IT costs for the shipping business unit
Ensuring the intercompany recharging of the IT costs towards the subsidiaries
Participating in the implementation of the budget and Forecast exercises in collaboration with the IT teams
Carrying out ad hoc studies in response to requests from various Group departments (Finance & IT Department)
Checking and validating the purchase requests of the IT department in accordance with the budget
2. Transformation and continuous improvement
Contributing to the optimization and automation of the monthly closing processes
Contributing to the improvement of the analytical follow up and the digitalization of the reporting
3. Role of team leader
**Coordinating the Finance IT team on the recurring tasks**: monthly closing, intercompany cost recharging, consolidation of IT costs for the shipping business unit and ad ’hoc requests from the other Finance departments.
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master’s degree in finance or engineering with strong financial skills.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, or in Audit.
Comfortable with computer tools, data processing, and reporting tools
**Excellent command of IT tools**: Excel, SAP, Power Point, Onestream, Sharepoint.
Good level of English
Rigorous, organized, dynamic and autonomous.

Strong analytical skills.
