Currently, the team at our Marseille Airport Store is looking for a Mobility Team Leader. In this role, you'll be responsible for daily operations, leading the Mobility Advisors team, handling administrative tasks, and conducting daily briefings.

What will you do and how?

• Act as the go-to person for the Mobility Advisors Team.
• Motivate and enhance the team's knowledge of the range of products we offer our clients, ensuring top-quality service.
• Efficiently manage rental contracts as needed, ensuring a smooth and simple process.
• Drive upselling opportunities by presenting options and upgrades, enriching both the team's knowledge and the customer experience.
• Ensure proper implementation of sales and quality processes, following company standards.
• Carry out vehicle check-ins and inspections upon return, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily operations in the office and among the Mobility Advisors team.
• Conduct daily briefings (taking into account fleet availability and team objectives).
• Coordinate daily fleet availability with subcontractors based on reservations and returns.
• Manage the team's schedules and shifts.
• Identify the team's needs and respond accordingly: onboard, mentor, and retain talent.
• Supervise and ensure the achievement of team goals.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Perform quality and operational audits.
