**Overall Purpose of The Job**
- To assist the General Manager with the planning and coordination of the Seatec repairs and act as a point of contact for the clients and suppliers and also supervise Operation coordinators. To provide support to all Seatec staff by way of technical and maritime industry guidance and supervision where necessary.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Coordination and management of Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers and in turn quoting to customers
- Maintain housekeeping of RFQs in database/B2B ensuring accurate, up to date admin records
- Act as a point of contact for the clients, shipping agencies and suppliers (including acting AOH coverage on a rotational basis)
- To delegate jobs, oversee and supervise junior staff as and when required.
- Preparation of information for General Manager
- Tracking of projects for invoicing
