**What to Expect**

Join our EMEA Recruitment team, where you’ll play a key role in growing our Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) organization—the backbone of our customer experience.

In this role, you’ll primarily recruit for core SSD positions, including roles such as: Service Technicians, Sales Advisors, Service Managers, and Store Managers. You’ll be a part of our Region West team, consisting of four talented recruiters who support hiring in Benelux and France.

This role is based onsite at our French HQ in Paris, Saint-Ouen.

**What You'll Do**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape hiring strategies
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment pipelines and hiring decisions
- Collaborate with other Recruitment
- and People teams across EMEA

**What You'll Bring**
- 360° recruitment experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Strong skills in sourcing, talent assessment, and offer negotiation
- Proven ability to hire at scale and manage high-volume recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Data-driven mindset - experience using insights to enhance recruitment strategies
- Fluent in English & French
