Today we are looking for an IT Lead that will report directly to the Domain Lead and will be in charge of several product teams. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate, support and motivate your tribe members. You determine in consultation with your Product Leads, Architects and Tech Leads - the team structure of the tribe, purposes and technical environment.

**\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**:

- Assimilate and communicate company objectives, current status and regular adjustments;
- Identify and trigger necessary changes in the organization while keeping the teams fully engaged;
- Develop a wide functional knowledge and be close to Product Owners to ensure that execution quality is increasing while commitments are fulfilled;
- Keep the tribe vision up to date and empower managers to represent it;
- Develop a strong cross-tribes network to act as facilitator;
- Represent the tribe and the Convergence program streams in front of the business teams and directors;
- Define with business counterparts and domain leader what the main objectives of the tribe and program streams are;
- Define the tribe and program streams organization to reach the objectives;
- Solve conflicting priorities;
- Follow the teams’ workload and activities;
- Ensure the teams’ delivery according to commitments;
- Ensure the teams’ continuous improvement practices;
- Manage the management team members and high level technical profiles;
- Propose and maintain budget of the tribe;
- To challenge and propose tech solutions inside the tribe.

- IT organization management, senior manager or director level experience;
- Strong commitment and result-orientation;
- Self-confidence and humility;
- Rigor and flexibility;
- Analytical, data orientation;
- Product organization and agility philosophy, deep understanding;
- Communication;
- Able to challenge lead devs / devs.
