Contexte

Pour le compte d'un grand groupe international, nous recherchons un(e)
Sustainability & Green IT Lead
afin d'accompagner une initiative stratégique GenAI dédiée aux usages Media.

Ce rôle clé s'inscrit au cœur des enjeux de
digital sustainability
, avec une forte dimension
IA & éco-conception
, dans un environnement technologique de pointe.

Objectif du poste

Définir, structurer et piloter la
stratégie Green IT & CO₂
des plateformes GenAI Media, tout en garantissant des expériences IA performantes et responsables, à faible impact environnemental.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Définir et déployer la
    stratégie Green IT & éco-design
    pour les solutions GenAI
  • Mesurer et analyser l'
    empreinte carbone et énergétique
    des stacks IA (modèles, infra, data, usages)
  • Challenger et optimiser les
    architectures Cloud & AI
    dans une logique de sobriété numérique
  • Mettre en place des KPI environnementaux, dashboards et outils de pilotage
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Data, IA, Cloud, Produit et Media
  • Sensibiliser et accompagner les équipes sur les
    bonnes pratiques Green IT & IA responsable
  • Assurer une veille sur les standards, méthodologies et réglementations liées à la sustainability digitale

  • Profil
    technico-fonctionnel
    , avec une
    double expertise IA / Green IT
  • Solide expérience sur les enjeux de sustainability digitale
  • Bonne compréhension des architectures GenAI & Cloud
  • Capacité à structurer des indicateurs de performance environnementale
  • Aisance dans des environnements complexes et multi-équipes

Environnement technique

  • Cloud : GCP, Azure
  • DevOps / Delivery : Azure DevOps
  • Environnements IA & Data (GenAI, pipelines, infra)

Soft skills

  • Leadership et capacité d'influence
  • Vision stratégique et sens du concret
  • Excellentes capacités de communication (français & anglais)
  • Forte sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux et sociétaux
