Position Duties

To strengthen our QA department, we're looking for a new member of staff.
At the company's head office, you will join the games publishing department.
Reporting directly to the QA Manager, you will be involved in advancing the production of our internal and external studios.

As QA Project Coordinator, your main task will be to organise, oversee and structure the testing effort on assigned projects, working closely with our external partners, internal Project Managers and Producers.

Responsibilities:

- Completing assigned tasks accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all bugs, flaws or issues are reported correctly and removed from the product before release.
- Spotting potential blockers and bottlenecks and alerting the relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Proactively seeking ways to improve your knowledge of testing procedures and related equipment.
- Coordinating external testing efforts on assigned projects with Project Managers and Producers.
- Keeping a close eye on the state of the database.
- Participating in the QA sign-off process for assigned projects.
- Mentoring junior coworkers.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field or position.
- Excellent level (written & verbal) of English.
- Demonstrated ability to approach testing in a detailed, organised and structured way.
- Interest and knowledge of video games, the video game industry and platforms, including PC, Mac, Consoles (PS5, Xbox Series S/X, Nintendo Switch).
- Experience with test case creation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, player-focused, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Windows.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office or Google suite environments.
- Experience with at least one Bug Management platform (JIRA, etc.)

Nice to have(s):

- Created a Test Plan based on GDDs provided.
- Knowledge of certification requirements of Major 1st parties.
- Ability to gauge the time and human effort needed to test a feature / game.
- Taken part in a full production cycle (Conception to Release and Post-Release support).
- Interest in Racing games would be a major plus

Terms:

- This is a permanent position
- Start of contract : Immediate, we take your potential notice period into account.
