**About the Role**:
As a Commercial & Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager within the Operational Excellence team, you will play a crucial role in driving projects that enhance the commercial organization. You will focus on commercial efficiency, digital transformation, and support go-to-market activities when needed. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project management activities, ensuring seamless execution, and aligning with organizational objectives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while developing comprehensive project plans and timelines. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies will be key to ensuring successful outcomes.
Furthermore, you will engage in strategic dialogue with the business, challenging them to think critically and innovatively to achieve optimal results
**Who You Are**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master, MBA, or PhD preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including project management.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
- Proven expertise in project management and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial, digital, or operations functions.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management abilities in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
