**Intitulé** : Alternant(e) Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Ouvertures - Master 1/2 (F/H)
**Rattachement hiérarchique** : Directeur Développement
**Contexte** : Ouverture de 25 à 40 restaurants en réseau (franchise & succursales) sur 18-24 mois
**Objectif du poste** : Assurer le suivi de projet quotidien, anticiper les retards, assurer la tenue du budget et garantir le respect des plannings.

**Compétences requises**:

- Formation Master 1/2 gestion de projet, commerce ou série équivalente
- Outils : MS Project/Planner, Excel, Slack/Teams
- Organisation, rigueur, communication
- Anglais souhaité

**Conditions**:

- Contrat 12‑24 mois, début septembre 2025
- Télétravail 1 jours/semaine possible
- Rémunération selon alternance

**Lieu** : Bordeaux - Nouvelle‑Aquitaine
**Début** : septembre 2025 - durée 12 à 24 mois
**Profil souhaité** : Master 1 ou Master 2 en gestion de projet, commerce ou équivalent
**Missions**:

- Suivi de A à Z des projets d’ouverture de restaurants (succursales & franchises)
- Coordination transverse entre équipes développement, construction, marketing, RH, juridique
- Mise à jour des rétro‑plannings, anticipation des risques
- Reporting régulier à la direction et alertes en cas de dérive

- Méthodique, organisé(e), sens des priorités
- Capacités relationnelles et communication
- Outils : Excel, MS Project, Slack/Teams
