Our **Organizational & Change Management practice** is actively recruiting a **Senior Manager** to pursue its ambitions and support **a new change management program for a global healthcare leader.**

**This position is based at our headquarters in France, Tour Ariane at La Défense**, and includes** hybrid work** arrangements. It requires **occasional travel within France (Normandy region)** and internationally.

**Your Missions for the Client**:
As part of a **manufacturing process digitalization program**, you will be responsible for:

- Defining the project or transformation program support strategy
- Identifying adoption challenges
- Developing the change management plan
- Mobilizing key stakeholders and create trust-worthy working relationships with client teams
- Building communication plans and creating communication materials
- Developing training plans and creating training materials
- Defining the change monitoring plans

**Your Internal Missions within the OCM France**:

- Contributing to or directly leading responses to RFPs and client presentations, and upskilling consultants on this activity
- Sharing your experiences to train and upskill consultants on Change Management expertise (training, Master classes, etc.)
- Leading certain internal development projects for the Change Management offering to increase its visibility internally and externally: articles, white papers, commercial documents
- Contributing to internal projects for the entire firm: Knowledge management, event organization
- Participating in recruitment processes and identify new talents to grow in your team, then monitoring careers and defining individual objectives
- Supporting the BU Director in organizing and managing the Organizational Change Management.

**Your Profile**:
You have a higher education degree from a business school, engineering school, or university Master's program (Bac+5). You have at least **10 years of professional experience in a IT consulting firm ideally**, or in a company, during which you have defined and i**mplemented change management plans around IT/IS transformation.**

You worked **several years in an industrial environment,** ideally with pharmaceutical / healthcare accounts.

You are at ease **working on deliverables**and present the conclusions of your work to high-level client stakeholders. You are appreciated for your communication and synthesis skills, and have a **strong written and fluent level of English**, allowing easy interface with our international and offshore teams.
