**What you'll do**

SAP's complex product ecosystem, comprising numerous interconnected components and sub-components, poses significant challenges in maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge. The sheer volume of related products, customer systems, installation cases, and issues creates a maze of information that can hinder Support Engineers' ability to find solutions quickly. A knowledge graph can be constructed to capture the intricate relationships between SAP products, components, sub-components, customer systems, Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), SAP Notes, Issues cases, and other relevant entities. By visualizing these interconnected relationships, we aim to create a powerful tool that enables Support Engineers to efficiently identify solutions for complex issues and facilitates knowledge transfer between customer systems.
- Agentic AI for Service and Support_
Building upon the constructed Knowledge Graph for SAP product knowledge, we aim to develop an Agentic AI that empowers Support Engineers with simplified workflows. By leveraging the rich relationships between SAP products, components, customer systems, KBAs, SAP Notes, and Issues cases, this AI will enable agents to:

- Efficiently identify relevant solutions for complex issues
- Automate routine tasks and provide personalized recommendations
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between customer systems and support teams

By integrating the Knowledge Graph with advanced AI capabilities, we can create a powerful Agentic AI that streamlines Support Engineers' workflows, enhances decision-making, and ultimately improves service and support quality. This innovative solution will not only reduce resolution times but also enable Support Engineers to focus on high-value tasks, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

**What you bring**
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree wit apprenticeship in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related.
- Good basic knowledge and/or previous experience in machine learning and/or Data science
- Proficiency in Python and commonly used machine learning libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Matplotlib
- Desire and ability to work closely with a team (local and distant)
- Good written and oral practice of English and French
- Ability to think innovatively & autonomy in work
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy,, Seaborn).

Our team builds AI-centric services to support SAP’s customers and support engineers, using state-of-the-art Machine Learning techniques
This team will provide the necessary support and enable you to thrive in an innovative and international environment.
