**MARKET MANAGER, DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER EUROPE, full-time permanent employment, Remote Europe**

The Market Manager Direct-to-Consumer is responsible for leading the successful implementation of growth initiatives from definition to success for one or more European market(s). This role will require exceptional project management, organizational and communication skills. Relevant experience from a similar digital B2C environment will be considered a strong plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Help define and structure new programs and deliverables
- Identify the key constraints and challenges
- Establish overall project schedule
- Define KPIs, business and design requirements and communicate them pro-actively to relevant stakeholders
- Manage, track and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Work with cross functional teams including Web Development, Marketing, Support and Sales for a successful and stable delivery
- Regularly communicate progress status to stakeholders, with efficient analysis of issues and potential direction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree (or relevant experience/courses) in Marketing/Business/Engineering/UX
- Excellent English written and spoken
- At least one of the following languages is required: French/German/Spanish/Portuguese
- At least 4 years in a project/product/marketing or delivery management role - ideally in a relevant digital B2C ecommerce environment
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and team work skill
- Exceptionally strong project management, process development, and interpersonal collaboration skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong self-drive with a problem solving mindset and strong sense of curiosity
- Demonstration of self-motivation, self-confidence, flexibility, adaptability and open-mindedness
- Presentation skills with ability to extract executive summary and formulate recommendations
- Familiarity with following tools is a plus: Tableau, Salesforce, JIRA, Google Analytics
- Basic technical understanding of the process of web development and e-commerce is a plus
- Readiness to travel in Europe and occasionally overseas
