Définition de la stratégie marketing produits
- Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing pour la gamme de produits promus (actifs cotés et non cotés), en précisant notamment les actions marketing à mener et les nouveaux supports à créer afin de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux. Veiller à ce que les initiatives marketing soient en ligne avec la stratégie de communication globale du Groupe, et à ce que les supports développés soient diffusés via les canaux appropriés.

Production de contenus
- Créer et actualiser divers supports marketing à destination des clients, développer du contenu sur différents produits, suivre et analyser les tendances de marché afin de proposer un contenu différenciant. Prendre également en charge la production des documents liés au CIO (relecture, mise en forme, et diffusion large et appropriée du contenu).

Contribution à la stratégie digitale produits/marchés

Projets transverses
- Participer à différents projets liés aux produits, notamment la mise en avant des fonds sur le site internet propriétaire, ainsi que la planification et la coordination d’événements et de salons clés.

Ce poste implique de nombreuses interactions avec différentes équipes (communication, investissement, juridique, conformité, ventes ).

Defining the product marketing strategy
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the range of products promoted (listed and private assets), specifying in particular the marketing actions to be taken and the new collaterals to be developed to help achieve the business objectives. Make sure that the marketing initiatives are in line with the broader communications strategy of the Group, and that the collaterals developed are disseminated through the right channels.

Content production
- Produce and update various marketing materials for clients, develop content on different products, monitor and analyse market trends to offer differentiated content. Also handle the production of CIO related documents (review, format, and make sure the content is properly and broadly distributed)

Contribution to the digital product/market strategy

Cross-functional projects
- Take part in different projects where products are involved, including the fund promotion on the proprietary website, and key events & fairs planning and coordination.

This role requires to have lots of interactions with different teams (communications, investment, legal, compliance, sales )

- Expérience solide en marketing produits dans le secteur de la gestion d’actifs
- Connaissance approfondie des différentes classes d’actifs
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de campagnes marketing à l’échelle internationale
- Capacité à piloter des projets complexes impliquant plusieurs équipes
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, avec une capacité à expliquer des concepts d’investissement complexes

- Robust experience in product marketing in the asset management sector
- In depth knowledge of different asset classes
- Proven experience in managing cross geographies marketing campaigns
- Ability to handle complex projects, involving various teams
- Excellent writing skills, with the capacity to explain complex investment concepts
