**Job description**
- Ensure high development standards by establishing and maintaining:

- Best practices according to the latest developments in the field.
- Tools to monitor and improve code/products quality (static code analysis, code quality, security, unit-testing framework, functional testing framework, FOSS compliance scanning).
- Code improvement strategies (peer review, coding guidelines).
- Extend and maintain infrastructure systems (e.g., CI/CD, tests) that scale with company growth, limit incidents, and minimize need for reactive troubleshooting.
- Mentor and upskill others to ensure smooth integration of DevOps practices.
- Ensure the technical consistency, quality, performance, reliability, usability of products and their components.
- Participate in our agile development process:

- Support developer team: hands-on debugging and issues investigation / prevention.
- Coordinate technical features and synchronize software components roadmap.
- Animate ritual meetings for project progression updates.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the field of automotive or robotics would ensure you are familiar with the high quality standards required for our products.
- 5+ years of experience in software development in C++/Python. Preferably in the context of several missions throughout V-model (in development, tests and architecture).
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in DevOps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, and used to work in Linux environment.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Nice to Have_
- Familiarity with Quality Management standards (ISO 9001 or ISO 27001).
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (road ISO 26262 or off-road ISO13849).
- Hands-on experience with tools for code analysis (static, quality, safety/security), unit and functional testing frameworks, FOSS compliance.
- Expertise software design and architecture in C++.
- Proficient in writing scripts and automation using Python / Bash.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google, AWS).
- Familiarity with web development (e.g. Google app engine).
