**Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?**
As part of the OPEX team, the e-Learning Design Intern will be responsible for creating and deploying digital training modules that promote a culture of Continuous Improvement within the company.

This internship offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, use Articulate 360 to transform technical content into engaging e-learning modules, and actively contribute to the Operational Excellence culture at Saint-Gobain.

Your main tasks will include:
E-learning design and development:

- Design and develop digital training modules using **Articulate 360** (Storyline & Rise).
- **Collaborate with OPEX experts** to translate concepts into interactive and accessible learning experiences.
- Create storyboards, visual elements, and animations **to enhance learner engagement**.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and coherence across all e-learning content.

Project management and deployment:

- **Manage the deployment of e-learning modules** on the LMS platform (Cornerstone).
- **Collect user feedback and suggest continuous improvements** to enhance training effectiveness.

Continuous improvement and creativity:

- Contribute to the evolution of the digital learning offer and the learner experience.
- Explore new formats and digital learning trends to make training more engaging and effective.

**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?** Education**:
Master’s degree student (Bac+4/Bac+5 or equivalent) in **Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Communication, Engineering**, or a related field.

**Technical skills**:

- Experience or strong interest in creating e-learning content with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence concepts is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset.

**Personal skills**:

- Creative and structured - able to turn technical content into engaging learning experiences.
- Autonomous and proactive - takes initiative and drives projects to completion.

The intern will work closely with OPEX experts and the Saint-Gobain University (SGU) to design and roll out innovative digital learning modules focused on continuous improvement methodologies.
