**Vos Missions**:
Based at the** Headquarters in La Ménitré** (35min from Angers, 30min from Saumur), the technoseeds manager will be responsible for:

- Supervising a team of **2 managers and 9 collaborators,** to ensure **the monitoring of allocated resources** _(OPEX & CAPEX)_
- ** Proposing, leading and delivering innovative projects** in line with the ambitions of Limagrain & Vilmorin-Mikado _(meet new customer needs, improve quality, optimize time and processes, costs, etc.)_
- ** Develop and lead the implementation of the SeedTech roadmap** and update it regularly with all stakeholders.
- ** Create collaboration with external partners** : either Academic or Technology Platforms/Partners to innovate and **bring value to the products/methods.**

For this position, a **fluency in English**(interactions with Japan, group meetings, etc.) is required, and **basic French** (local teams) would definitly help.
