R&d Technoseeds Manager

Based at the **Headquarters in La Ménitré** (35min from Angers, 30min from Saumur), the technoseeds manager will be responsible for:
- ** Supervising a team of 2 managers and 9 collaborators**, to ensure the **monitoring of allocated resources**_(OPEX & CAPEX)_
- ** Proposing, leading and delivering innovative projects** in line with the ambitions of Limagrain & Vilmorin-Mikado _(meet new customer needs, improve quality, optimize time and processes, costs, etc.)_
- ** Developing and leading the implementation of the SeedTech roadmap** and update it regularly with all stakeholders.
- ** Creating collaborations with external partners**: either Academic or Technology Platforms/Partners to innovate and **bring value to the products/methods.**
You have the ability to **evaluate and validate scientific research work,** and demonstrate **rigor** and a** sense of detail** in the quality of your analyses. Finally, your ability to** summarize** allows you to **understand complex situations,** to group together different sources of information and to understand the **challenges of each department** in order to make the **best decisions.** Thus, you demonstrate a certain **business orientation** and a **sense of customer service** that will allow you to be **proactive** when necessary in order to **successfully carry out the missions** entrusted to you.
For this position, **fluency in English**_(interactions with Japan, group meetings, etc.)_ is required, and **basic French** _(local teams)_ would definitly help.
