**Your mission**

You will collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and report to the Program Director who is in charge of the overall strategy and global roadmap.

**Key responsibilities & main tasks**

1. Backend Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust, efficient, and secure backend architecture.

2. API Development:

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Work closely with frontend and other backend developers to ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.

3. OSS Integration:

- Occasionally, contribute to the development and enhancement of Operations Support Systems (OSS) for efficient network management.
- Implement solutions to streamline integration processes and improve overall system performance.

4. Programming Languages and Frameworks:

- Utilize common languages and frameworks such as C#,.NET, Python, and Azure Functions for effective backend development.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

5. Collaboration and Documentation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network & system engineers, product owners and architects, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions and APIs.

**Qualifications & Professional skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in written and spoken in both English and French at a professional level.
- Proficient in C#,.NET, Python, and Azure Functions.
- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with telecommunications OSS and associated technologies.
- Solid understanding of database design, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL.
- Good understanding of data engineering concepts and practices, including data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of telecommunication protocols and standards.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
