**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent and embody the values and aesthetics of Floraïku Paris at all times.
- Create a personalized sales experience while respecting the Retail Excellence ceremonial standards.
- Develop the boutique’s CRM database to engage with clients and drive sales. Build and nurture lasting relationships with VIP clients and fragrance connoisseurs. Handle client inquiries and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and care.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
- Organize events and activations to drive visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Welcome and host influencers in-store, delivering an exceptional brand experience.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, and regular inventory checks.
- Ensure the counters and displays are impeccably maintained and fully aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Consistently embody the essence and values of the brand in all client and partner interactions.
**What we are looking for in our next team member**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a true team player with excellent personal presentation.
- Passionate about luxury retail and the fragrance industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English; previous experience in retail, perfumery, or hospitality is a plus.
